Facility Coordinator

Overview

Facility Coordinator – Soft Services manages and coordinates soft services operations across assigned facilities to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily soft services operations such as housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, reception, and catering.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify service delivery and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage service schedules and minimize disruption to occupants.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs and take corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance with technical services teams and log work orders in the facilities management system.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for soft services activities and maintain related records.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in facilities management (preferably in commercial real estate or corporate environments).
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Basic understanding of building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
• Familiarity with building automation systems and facilities management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software platforms.
