Facility Executive - Soft

Overview

The Facility Soft Services Executive oversees and manages delivery of soft services within assigned facilities, ensuring quality service delivery, vendor performance, compliance with service levels, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day soft services delivery including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security, and reception.
• Monitor service quality through inspections and audits and coordinate corrective actions for gaps.
• Handle vendor and contract management, including performance reviews and service level agreement support.
• Serve as the primary client contact for soft services matters, including meetings and escalations.
• Support preparation and management of soft services budgets, and review/approve invoices.
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance via documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise soft services staff/contract personnel and prepare reporting and records for management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management focused on soft services operations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts.
• Strong understanding of soft services such as housekeeping, security, landscaping, and waste management.
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facility operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Facility Management (IFMA, RICS, or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial real estate or corporate facility management environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations.
• Familiarity with ISO standards relevant to facility management.
