Facilities Executive

Overview

Facilities Executive responsible for maintaining a safer, more comfortable work environment and overseeing day-to-day facility operations.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute preparations needed for client meetings, conferences, and VIP visits.
• Manage mailroom, front office, and housekeeping activities.
• Conduct daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to ensure high standards.
• Identify issues and coordinate prompt repairs to resolve service problems.
• Review vendor services and coordinate resolution of any service issues.
• Use input and ideas to help steer the team to improve facility performance.

What you'll need

• Have 5-7 years of experience in facilities management.
• Be a graduate in any discipline.
• Have tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management and/or business (preferred).
• Be mobile and capable of working anywhere to perform daily check-ins.
• Be able to work effectively as a team member and follow through on positive changes.
