Overview

HVAC and Data Center Operations Manager role for the Telangana region based in Hyderabad, managing service delivery for HVAC and datacenter client accounts.

What you'll do

• Serve as the key point of contact for data center customers in the region and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Manage end-to-end HVAC service delivery for assigned service accounts including warranty, AMC SLA adherence, operations and maintenance, and break-fix contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as service engineers, service sales engineers, quality team, factory, sub-contractors, and supply chain.
• Implement safety, quality, and statutory compliance best practices.
• Conduct periodic service reviews/performance meetings with customers and handle customer audits and technical discussions when required.
• Plan manpower, drive training, conduct performance reviews, and support skill enhancement.

What you'll need

• 8–15 years of experience with proven expertise in datacenter operations.
• Experience managing service delivery across AMC, retrofit, preventive, and breakdown maintenance contracts.
• Diploma or any engineering degree.
• Ability to manage 4–5 site engineers for SLA performance with zero escalations.
• Experience conducting monthly/quarterly customer reviews.
• Capability to drive revenue generation within the datacenter service department.
