Facility Executive- Technical

Overview

Facility Executive (Technical) responsible for overseeing technical maintenance and daily operations for building systems and utilities in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Keep the company up to speed on operating and utilities costs.
• Monitor invoices for technical services rendered with the building manager.
• Oversee contractors’ maintenance practices against manufacturer recommendations and preventive maintenance standards.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of cooling/heating systems, plumbing/water supply, and electrical/lighting fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections, maintain inventory, and handle documentation for systems.
• Oversee electricians and their scope of work to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Produce daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities and act as main vendor contact for maintenance services.

What you'll need

• Working skill in HVAC.
• Working skill in UPS.
• Working skill in electrical systems.
• Working skill in BMS (building management system).
• Working skill in FLSS (fire and life safety), FAPA, Excel and documentation, and vendor management.
