Overview
Wage Associate for Supply Chain Manufacturing—Utility Equipment Repair & Maintenance at the Johnson & Johnson Aurangabad location, owning operation and maintenance (O&M) of hard services utilities to ensure uptime.
What you'll do
- Oversee deployment of facilities O&M to ensure compliance and an optimum work environment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of facilities and machinery, including mechanical and electromechanical equipment, and provide laboratory support.
- Create and drive priorities and timelines for facilities job completion while controlling costs and budgets.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of site steam generation and distribution, and utility systems including ETO scrubber, nitrogen generator, chiller, HVAC, and boilers.
- Ensure uptime of utility services for smooth base business process operations.
- Develop and maintain records and document control for procedures, files, and historical verification.
- Act as SME to train and coach others and report regulatory deviations to the supervisor/appropriate authority.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with O&M-related experience.
- Sound knowledge of utilities components including steam generation and distribution.
- Ability to operate/maintain ETO scrubber, nitrogen generator, chiller, HT/LT switchgears, DG, RO water, HVAC, clean rooms, air compressor, boiler, and PSG with GMP.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience for a technical regular diploma.
- Thorough working knowledge of one functional area through significant job experience & training.
- Experience supporting a business contract and/or providing support to a professional function.
