Overview

Manage facilities operations and housekeeping services at an on-site Hyderabad location, supporting vendor coordination, client satisfaction, reporting, and service performance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, facade cleaning, and related vendor services.
• Conduct daily property rounds and resolve cleaning-related matters.
• Prepare daily, monthly, attendance, stock, meeting, and management reports.
• Schedule vendor meetings and escalate customer queries when required.
• Plan, schedule, inspect, and assign work to supervisors and teams.
• Monitor housekeeping standards, checklists, staff grooming, and storage areas.
• Support KPI, SLA, safety, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management.
• Degree or diploma in hotel management, or graduation with building management experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility, building, or property operations.
• Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
• Experience managing teams and working with client staff.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to use various systems.
• Experience preparing client reports.

Nice to have

• Education from IHM or another reputed hotel management institute.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
