Associate - HR Operations

Overview

Associate - HR Operations provides end-to-end HR operational support, ensuring timely, accurate service delivery and compliance with global and local standards.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely and accurate HR support in line with SLAs, global standards, and local policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Process HR transactions with accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Provide Tier 1 HR support and guidance and manage HR inquiries via ServiceNow.
• Support HR self-service tools and processes, including Workday.
• Generate and maintain reports using Workday and ServiceNow.
• Support Workday transactions, data validation, audits, and UAT.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Case Management, or HR Service Delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HR administration and transaction processing.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for global stakeholders.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy and data quality.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data privacy standards.
