Overview
HR Advisor I providing intermediate-level support for People Operations. You’ll manage employee lifecycle processes and handle Tier 1–2 HR inquiries, working independently within established procedures.
What you'll do
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues.
- Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
- Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
- Support international HR operations including employment eligibility, visa/immigration, international transfers, and relocation in partnership with Global Mobility.
- Collaborate on SOP updates and People Operations projects; contribute to continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in shared services and working in a global/regional environment.
- Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g. Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, data analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally at varying organizational levels.
