Associate HR Business Partner

Overview

Associate HR Business Partner providing end-to-end HR operational support to the GIH Global organization and ensuring people processes align with global and regional HR strategies.

What you'll do

• Coordinate timelines, communications, reporting, and manager guidance for the annual performance cycle.
• Deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and data-driven decisions.
• Manage core HR operational processes including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and grievance procedures.
• Support compliance and audit readiness through accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Partner with HR leadership on engagement initiatives, communications, and employee committee actions.
• Coordinate training activities and HR communications and administration for smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll need

• 7-9 years of experience supporting HR operations or administrative processes.
• Experience working with HR systems and reporting with attention to data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Middle East labor practices and HR policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
