Sr. HR Business Partner - BLR

Overview

Sr. HR Business Partner (People Business Partner) for the India region, partnering with regional leadership to align people strategy with business goals and planned growth.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary People Partner for the India region and align people strategy with business goals.
• Drive retention and reduce attrition by identifying talent risks and implementing interventions.
• Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle including goal setting and performance cycles.
• Manage employee relations cases with timely resolution, risk mitigation, and local compliance.
• Contribute hands-on support across onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee needs.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate people insights using HR systems and data.
• Improve and scale People Operations processes for efficiency, consistency, and impact.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in a People Partner or Senior People Partner role.
• Direct experience supporting international teams, with India experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing performance management, talent planning, and complex employee relations.
• Ability to balance strategic partnership with day-to-day execution as a hands-on contributor.
• Coaching and influencing experience with senior leaders and direct candid feedback.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with HR systems/tools including BambooHR, Lattice, or CultureAmp.
