People & Culture Manager

Overview

People & Culture Manager responsible for recruitment procedures, talent planning support, employee relations, and departmental HR operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain recruitment processes to obtain best talent with responsible remuneration packages.
• Develop and implement recruitment methods for candidates appropriate to role and company needs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team operative efficiency.
• Support the Director of Talent & Culture with annual and long-term talent plans.
• Maintain and update employee records, legal documents, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit periodic personnel reports including turnover, personnel inventories, and recruitment.
• Monitor local industry and legislation trends and recommend appropriate action.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of experience on the same role.
• Ability to maintain recruitment procedures aligned with legislative and company policy.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team to improve operative efficiency.
• Experience managing employee records, legal documents, and personnel matters.
• Ability to design methods for continuous improvement using feedback and best-practice models.
• Leadership qualities including persuasion, motivation, and ethical behavior.
