Senior HRBP

Overview

Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for India, partnering with business leaders and the Director of People – APAC to support Bangalore teams through rapid growth.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary People point of contact and run regular cadence meetings with assigned business units.
• Provide compensation and leveling guidance in partnership with Total Rewards.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
• Drive org design and talent strategy, including headcount planning and role scoping.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including investigations and documented resolution.
• Own/guide India-specific compliance by applying Indian labor law and statutory requirements.
• Support performance management guidance for managers across coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary action.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience as an HRBP.
• In-depth working knowledge of Indian labor law and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, statutory bonus, Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act, and the New Labour Codes).
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including investigations and dispute resolution.
• Working knowledge across HR disciplines such as organizational design, L&D, compensation, HR technology, and data management.
• Empathetic communication skills for trust-building in difficult conversations.
• A bachelor’s degree (postgraduate in HR or related preferred).
