Overview
HR Business Partner (HRBP) for HBS Capability Centers, supporting HR initiatives aligned to India and Malaysia business priorities.
What you'll do
- Translate HBS business priorities into people plans, workforce strategies, and organization interventions.
- Partner with the Malaysia Center Leadership Team to align people priorities with center objectives.
- Provide HR advisory support to functional groups across India and Malaysia while balancing local context with HBS ways of working.
- Analyze people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across performance and retention topics.
- Deliver actionable insights through monthly and quarterly people reviews for leader decision-making.
- Partner on organization effectiveness, grading, talent, reward, employee relations, team culture, and people risks.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring excellence for supported functional groups.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar strategic HR role.
- Understanding of the full employee life cycle and ability to work autonomously on the HR agenda.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed, global or multi-country environment.
- Strong analytical skills using HR data and insights to diagnose trends and recommend actions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
- Experience across multiple countries/geographies and cultures; broader APAC experience is preferable.
