Global HR Operations Specialist

Overview

Global HR Operations Specialist (Europe) responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, HR query resolution, and compliance with local labor laws and SLAs.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees in line with internal SLAs.
• Prepare paperwork, compliance checks, and systems access for new hires.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions and guidance.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding in line with internal SLAs and applicable offboarding laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll and local vendors to ensure accurate final pay and timely deregistration.
• Resolve HR-related help requests and maintain documentation and response logs for audits.
• Track SLAs and generate weekly/monthly operational efficiency and issue-resolution reports.

What you'll need

• 5 years+ experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of EU Region HR processes and local labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable being client-facing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills.
