Shift Engineer

Overview

Manage site electromechanical and utility services as a Shift Engineer, coordinating maintenance staff, vendors, safety procedures, reporting, and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage electromechanical and utility services with technician support.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance.
• Inspect the site for risks and defects.
• Coordinate staff hiring, training, supervision, and development.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, budgets, vendors, quotations, and invoices.
• Plan energy conservation and maintain equipment records, readings, logbooks, and reports.
• Manage complaints, risk mitigation, emergency response plans, drills, and safety compliance.

What you'll need

• Experience managing electromechanical and utility services is required by the duties.
• Ability to lead and guide technicians, engineers, maintenance staff, and vendors.
• Knowledge of planned preventive maintenance and equipment history records.
• Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, budgets, invoices, and cost sheets.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis.
• Ability to follow work permits and safe working procedures.
