Facility Executive - Soft Services

Overview

Facility Executive – Soft Services manages and supervises soft services for HDFC Zenith House Mahalaxmi facilities under a contract.

What you'll do

• Monitor soft services including housekeeping, horticulture, CRM activity, pest control, waste management, and other instructed activities.
• Analyze helpdesk tickets and submit weekly reports including challenges for closure.
• Inspect request/complaint documentation logs and ensure follow-up and completion of rectification work as per SLA.
• Follow up on requests and complaints from HDFC staff with the HDFC SPOC.
• Ensure soft service documentation checklists (daily/weekly/monthly) are maintained by staff.
• Coordinate with onsite teams and vendors to close soft services SNAGs on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and submit relevant reports (daily/monthly/MMR/HBR) to management.

What you'll need

• Work under a contract for HDFC soft services activities.
• Conduct monthly risk assessments of all soft service activities.
• Supervise housekeeping to maintain a clean, healthy, hygienic environment.
• Conduct training for vendor staff to enhance soft service experience at the site.
