Facility Executive Technical

Overview

Facility Executive Technical is an on-site engineering role that supports the facility’s Chief Engineer/Dy. Chief Engineer with electrical and M&E maintenance and reporting. It includes independent shift handling and contractor coordination to reduce downtime and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

What you'll do

• Support the Chief Engineer/Dy. Chief Engineer in managing electrical and plumbing installations and maintenance.
• Prepare critical spares lists and plan inventory for maintenance carried out with in-house teams.
• Implement and oversee a pre-emptive/preventive maintenance programme to reduce sudden failures.
• Review maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors against manufacturer recommendations and quality standards.
• Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for M&E installations.
• Handle downtime/breakdowns and generate downtime and breakdown incident reports.
• Perform daily M&E reporting to the Chief Engineer and generate service maintenance reports for office equipment.

What you'll need

• Diploma in EEE (Regular) qualification.
• Experience required: 5+ years.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
• Skills listed: UPS, Electrical, LT breakers, and fire system.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• DEE/BE tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering (essential).
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
