Facility Executive - Technical

Overview

Manage facility operations, maintenance, safety, utilities, vendors, staff, budgets, and facility improvement activities for an on-site facility in Gurugram.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily running of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep.
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct regular facility inspections.
• Coordinate with external vendors for services.
• Supervise, train, and support facility staff, including janitorial and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure proper scheduling for daily operations.
• Develop and manage facility budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor expenses for utilities, repairs, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations by implementing and managing safe work practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues.
• Respond to occupant concerns and coordinate with vendors and other departments.
• Maintain the equipment database for the site.
• Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs and increase productivity and savings.
• Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.
• Assist with churn and project work.
• Prepare or provide input to the site monthly report submitted to the client.
• Recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.
• Ensure the implementation and management of risk and safety work practices to reduce interruptions to operations.
• Implement regular inspections covering energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management, and risk management procedures.

What you'll need

• Understanding of the engineering design and operational aspects of the facility's systems and equipment.
• Ability to recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations.
