Overview
The Facility Executive - Technical oversees technical facility operations, maintenance, reporting, vendor coordination, compliance and facility improvement support.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the technical aspects of facility operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other technical facility systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and codes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for technical systems.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and provide technical support as needed.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-efficient measures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment inventory.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for technical operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility improvement initiatives.
- Prepare DSR, MMR, QBR and ABR.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on time.
- Maintain the vendor Invoice tracker and AMC tracker, and follow up with vendors.
- Submit Metrio data to the client and upload it on the WNS portal on time and without errors.
- Submit the yearly budget and provide forecast justifications.
- Analyze and provide justifications for daily, weekly and monthly electrical data.
- Maintain and analyze daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
- Prepare PPTs for MMR and QBR.
- Prepare, maintain and update the 52-week calendar.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire safety.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of facility operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Incident Reporting tools.
- Reports management experience with SharePoint, MMR, QBR, Asset sheet (LOB wise) and Metrix data.
- Experience with the Invoice Tracker, AMC tracker, Inventory tracker and Energy consumption tracker.
- 100% accuracy of the data.
