Overview
Manage all aspects of facility management service delivery at the designated Accenture facility, primarily asset management and operations. The role is accountable for management plans, key performance indicators, budgets, projects, operations and maintenance, client coordination, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Manage facility maintenance, upkeep, engineering operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and equipment uptime.
- Act as the single point of contact for facility management escalations and direct daily and weekly site work.
- Manage cafeteria hygiene and food safety, building inspections, daily walks, snag closures, and Environment, Health and Safety practices.
- Manage client, VVIP, government official, builder, service partner, and vendor coordination.
- Deliver agreed KPIs and SLAs and manage incidents according to the escalation matrix.
- Manage asset, stores, transport, events, logistics, scrap and waste, business continuity, access, and functional area operations.
- Coordinate expansions, go-lives, decommissioning, seat planning, project movements, audits, and internal facility requirements.
- Conduct fact-finding, facility risk assessments, mitigation, access management, operational approvals, and event communications.
- Prepare and submit facility, CRM dashboard, fire drill, and periodic reports within timelines.
- Manage estate matters, builder deliverables, building services, rental and utility invoices, shutdown activities, and builder issues.
- Ensure statutory, CLRA, cafeteria, ISO, audit, CAPA, and other compliance activities are completed.
- Manage office services, repairs and maintenance, capital expenditure, special budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, utilities, petty cash, and non-PO approvals.
- Conduct fire, wellness, CCR, and BCP mock drills.
- Manage staff training, vendor onboarding and training, floor warden training, and fire safety training.
- Conduct focus meetings, workplace connects, stakeholder connects, reviews, town halls, surveys, and business reviews.
- Provide leadership to the facilities management team, support goal setting and performance reviews, identify training needs, and coordinate career development and HR-related matters.
- Develop facility processes and procedures with the JLL City Manager or Facility Manager to reduce cost and improve client satisfaction.
- Accomplish at least 95% of the agreed KPIs and coordinate implementation of the facilities management account plan.
- Conduct 2 CEM (Critical Environment Management) Audits in a year for other facilities and participate in process improvement initiatives and CIWG.
- Report facility incidents on time and remain accountable for facility issues and escalations.
