FDE Agentic Operations Engineer

Overview

Operate AI-assisted identity migration pipelines and demo environments, combining forward-deployed engineering, solution engineering, professional services, and product collaboration. The role focuses on validating AI-generated artifacts and configuring SailPoint Identity Security Cloud for customer modernization.

What you'll do

• Operate AI-driven modernization and multi-agent migration pipelines.
• Process customer IAM data extracts and identity artifacts.
• Verify and remediate SailPoint ISC tenant configurations.
• Identify AI hallucinations, incomplete configurations, and edge-case anomalies.
• Build SE-ready demonstrations with runbooks, scripts, and technical summaries.
• Develop automation tooling and evaluation checks using Python or Bash.
• Diagnose and escalate platform and agent-tooling defects.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software, systems integration, or technology consulting.
• 3+ years of software implementation, technical consulting, or pre-sales solution engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with web services, APIs, application servers, databases, and LDAP/Active Directory.
• Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI/machine learning concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of specialized IGA/IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with agentic coding environments and AI developer tools.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Professional security or industry certifications.
