Overview
Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management enablement activities, helping consumers securely adopt and transition identity platforms across the identity lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding, integration, configuration, migration, and adoption activities across IAM platforms.
- Guide consumers in applying approved identity patterns for workforce, application, machine, privileged, and partner identities.
- Validate architecture, security, operational, data, control, and compliance requirements before solutions enter service.
- Develop reusable onboarding guides, integration patterns, automation, readiness checklists, and self-service materials.
- Coordinate with Engineering on platform changes, new capabilities, architectural decisions, and exceptions.
- Complete handoffs to Support with ownership, documentation, monitoring, issue paths, and readiness evidence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Enablement engineers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, cyberfield, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience in IAM, enterprise security, platform enablement, systems integration, service transition, or related technology.
- Experience leading integration, migration, configuration, or adoption activities in a large enterprise environment.
- Practical knowledge of at least two IAM areas, including authentication, federation, privileged access, identity governance, or PKI.
- Experience with enterprise IAM integrations, APIs, identity standards, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Python or PowerShell for automation, validation, evidence, or integration activities.
- Ability to produce auditable technical documentation, evidence records, and operational handoff materials.
Nice to have
- Experience enabling IAM platforms in global or compliance-intensive organisations.
- Experience leading enterprise identity migrations, platform consolidations, or legacy-service retirement.
- Knowledge of identity-related threats, conditional access, and risk-based identity controls.
