Overview

Field Sales Team Lead for LRM, managing merchant cash advance (MCA) sales for a B2C region.

What you'll do

• Own MCA sales in the city.
• Manage a geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and meet corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
• Manage category leads from qualification to closure.
• Ensure the team is present in markets where sales and usage are regular.
• Drive monthly submissions and disbursals targets.
• Handle new FSE hiring, training, and handholding and keep attrition under control.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and relationship building.
• Ability to handle and manage a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools.
• Completed graduation.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.
• Good networking capabilities.
