Trade Compliance Services Manager

Overview

The Trade Compliance Services Manager ensures global adherence to customs and trade regulations, reducing risks like fines, penalties, and supply chain disruptions. The role is part of the Trade Compliance team and reports to the Trade Compliance Lead.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Data & FTA Advisors and a third-party managed service provider.
• Review and validate HS classifications and Country of Origin (COO) determinations.
• Oversee Free Trade Agreement (FTA) compliance, including proper documentation and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owner and Technology Teams to automate HS/COO/FTA processes.
• Integrate advanced technology solutions into trade compliance workflows.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions on HS, COO, and FTA processes and tools.
• Maintain compliance documentation and generate reports to monitor performance and improvements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and international trade regulations.
• Strong understanding of free trade agreements and non-preferential country of origin determinations.
• Ability to manage a team and third-party service providers.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
