Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer supporting customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of multi-vendor systems solutions.

What you'll do

• Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
• Manage product escalations and serve as an internal technical resource.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
• Typically at least 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
• Consent to participate and meet approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements to access customer sites.
• Ability to meet customer health and safety requirements (including proof of identification and proof of certification).

• Location: Ahmedabad, India.
• Work schedule: full time, weekly.
• Travel required: 75% of the time.
• Shift: Day.
