Overview

Associate Consultant for Corporate Legal Technology Solutions, focused on hands-on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Implement, configure, and support software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Discuss client business processes and recommend suitable configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with coordination from technical teams.
• Support client onboarding and manage communication across implementation/support lifecycles.
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate user needs.
• Create documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge base content.

What you'll need

• Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics.
• Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.
• Strong observational, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for collaboration.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, XML, JQUERY/JSON, and REST APIs (advantage).

Details

• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Work location & hours: remote/hybrid in India, with USA business hours (9am–5pm EST) for the first 3–6 months.
