Finance Analyst (Qualified CA, Audit, Reporting)

Overview

Manage local accounting and controllership activities for NCR Atleos in India, covering statutory financial statements, US GAAP month-end close, reconciliations, audit coordination and internal controls.

What you'll do

• Prepare financial statements under Local GAAP / IND AS (P&L, balance sheet and related schedules)
• Manage local accounting and controllership duties
• Liaise with internal and statutory auditors
• Ensure smooth month, quarter and annual close for management books (US GAAP)
• Establish the monthly close schedule in co-operation with the finance and accounting team
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Coordinate and support business units during month-end activities
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies across accounting, business operations centre and related areas
• Enforce policies and conduct first-level analysis of deviation requests
• Maintain an effective internal control environment at all times, including Accenture handoff, escalations and approvals
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and corporate policies, regulations and laws as per guidance from direct and indirect tax teams
• Oversee and understand the P&L
• Assist in training and education on NCR financial processes and procedures
• Support the Fixed Asset team with proper accounting and capitalizations
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement

What you'll need

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• People management ability
• Advanced Excel skills
