Finance Business Partner | Lapa or Campinas/SP

Overview

The Finance Business Partner will support assigned functions and business units through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Analyze financial results against prior year, budget, forecast, and business drivers.
• Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and management reporting packages.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, business cases, investments, and scenarios.
• Guide analyst teams and support their professional development.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional process improvement projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial planning, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream, Power BI, and Tableau.
