Overview
Finance cum MIS Executive role supporting facilities/operations reporting, data/trends, and stakeholder training, along with billing and finance reporting responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Analyse data to craft infographic reports showing trends and improvement areas.
- Support application/technology upgrades by proposing ways of working with tech to the tech team.
- Publish daily SLA and daily fulfilment reports for the pan-India team.
- Generate data-related PPT slides for MMR, QBR, and ABR using Microsoft Office.
- Check, verify, and authenticate vendor invoices against regulatory standards and ensure timely processing within cut-off.
- Generate and manage monthly financial, outsourcing, and management reports for submission to the facilities manager.
What you'll need
- 8+ years’ experience in customer services or data management (for the MIS/reporting track).
- Graduate with a specialisation (for the MIS/reporting track).
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, client engagement, and report preparation.
- Excellent communications skills for interacting with a wide range of client staff.
- Exceptional Microsoft skills/PC literacy and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- 3–4 years’ experience in accounts and finance (for the billing/finance track).
- Commerce degree holder and a strong working knowledge of accounting reconciliation, financial summaries, and cash flow statements.
