Finance Executive

Overview

Finance Executive supporting an experienced Management Accountant in the Gurgaon-based back office of a European multinational, engaging with stakeholders in international regions.

What you'll do

• Keep track of all financial processes, purchase orders, invoices and statements.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintain historical records for all transactions.
• Review stakeholders and respond to all finance enquiries.
• Prepare detailed SOPs and deliver them on time by following all guidelines.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage all transactional processes (AR and AP).
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant matters.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

What you'll need

• Freshers or maximum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Effective English communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Eye for detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working for a multinational organization, serving overseas clients.
• B.Com graduate.
• M.Com (good to have but not necessary).
• MBA (good to have but not necessary).

Details

• Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
• Office operates Monday to Friday.
• Shift work may be required.
