Finance lead

Overview

Finance Manager role responsible for end-to-end finance and accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and financial planning.

What you'll do

• Manage complete finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, financial statements, and MIS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams and management for financial planning.

What you'll need

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances.
• Experience in financial reporting, audits and team management.
• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare / Hospital industry experience.
