Finance Operations Lead

Overview

Finance Operations Lead to oversee SaaS billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and subscription revenue recognition, and to optimize ERP infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end SaaS billing cycle for subscriptions, renewals, upsells, and mid-term upgrades.
• Oversee deferred revenue and SaaS revenue recognition compliance under ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Run automated subscription billing schedules, usage-based metrics, and multi-tier pricing structures.
• Monitor AR aging, manage churn risk, and drive dunning and collections workflows.
• Reconcile SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV) with core accounting ledgers during month-end close.
• Lead or support SaaS ERP module implementation and related system integrations and migrations.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of finance operations experience in SaaS or subscription tech.
• Hands-on experience driving or supporting an ERP implementation.
• Strong NetSuite proficiency (Advanced Revenue Management / SuiteBilling as an advantage).
• Graduation completion; CA or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data set manipulation during migrations.
• Strong project management to meet strict implementation timelines.
