Overview

Lead revenue accounting operations and provide subject matter expertise in revenue recognition, US GAAP, and IFRS. Manage an experienced accounting team while driving process standardization, re-engineering, and automation.

What you'll do

• Lead daily activities of the revenue accounting team.
• Oversee revenue accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, certifications, and cash applications.
• Coordinate month-end close and oversee manual journal entries.
• Monitor billed and unbilled receivables, including aging and client concessions.
• Review reporting, analytics, variance analyses, and complex accounting transactions.
• Manage SOX controls, testing, audit support, and user access certifications.
• Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Expertise in revenue recognition and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of IFRS revenue recognition principles.
• Experience overseeing accounting professionals and team deliverables.
• Ability to review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, onshore teams, and Accounting Policy.
• Ability to manage timelines, escalations, compliance, and team performance activities.
