Associate, Corporate and Treasury Accounting

Overview

The Associate, Corporate and Treasury Accounting role provides accounting and treasury support for corporate entities, including monthly close, financial reporting, invoice processing, and cash management.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly accrual-based US GAAP financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts and analyze variances.
• Prepare journal entries, intercompany allocations, and management fee entries.
• Maintain fixed asset, prepaid expense, debt, and derivative schedules.
• Review invoices and employee expense reports and process corporate accruals.
• Support wires, ACH payments, cash transfers, and cash forecasting.
• Prepare interest expense, debt, and derivative reporting packages.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of accounting experience.
• A university or college accounting degree.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, consolidations, and debt and derivative accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Accounting certification consistent with local market expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a GCC, shared services, or BPO environment supporting a US-based team.
• Familiarity with MRI and Oracle accounting systems.
