Financial Analyst

Overview

Finance Executive role responsible for month-end close, FP&A, cash flow, global reporting and profitability analysis at Aptiv.

What you'll do

• Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Drive FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports.
• Perform cash flow planning and analysis, monitor working capital, and provide financial support for plant controlling activities.
• Prepare and consolidate global reporting packs and Management Business Review (MBR) presentations for leadership reviews.
• Conduct product profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to improve margins, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• Monitor and optimize Net Working Capital (NWC), including inventory, receivables, and payables, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience.
• Qualification: CA, CA Inter, or MBA (finance).
• Experience in month-end activities, month-end reporting, book closure and audit support.
• Experience with cash flow and FP&A activities (relating to plant controlling).
• Experience with global reporting, budgeting, forecasting and MBR preparation.
• Experience with product profitability analysis and NWC (net working capital).
