Financial Analyst - FP&A-US shift

Overview

Financial Analyst in FP&A supporting the India-based FP&A function and the HQ FP&A team, with a focus on analysis, reporting and forecasting.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks.
• Own the FP&A reports and process in India.
• Support the HQ FP&A team for month-end and quarter-end reporting and forecasting.
• Support Fictiv's annual budgeting process.
• Review and analyze financial metrics, statements and reports.
• Analyze key business drivers and how they interact with financial results.
• Work with functional teams on financial guidance and assistance.
• Develop financial projections and models.
• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Master's, MBA, or CPA.
• Experience in NetSuite and data analytical tools (Hyperion/NSPB preferred, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan).
