Financial Analyst

Overview

Support financial management through analysis, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance research. Provide financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders while supporting projects and reporting compliance.

What you'll do

• Extract data and diagnose financial drivers.
• Conduct financial analysis for functions or business units.
• Support monthly expense and capital reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Interpret forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
• Close the books and analyze financial variances and trends.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies.
• Support priority projects through research, data analysis, and standardized reports.

What you'll need

• Four-year degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent competence.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
• Skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of financial statements, financial planning, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of SAP applications and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, and digital fluency.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
