Overview

Financial Analyst 3 provides complex financial analysis to support specific functions or business units, including forecasting and decision support.

What you'll do

• Perform complex financial analysis and recommend solutions for specific functions or business units.
• Conduct comprehensive analytics to support key business initiatives.
• Drive forecasting (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing business trends and aligning to business objectives.
• Provide insights on controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and business plans/strategies.
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects and deliver professionally written reports.
• Support policy and process enhancement by identifying efficiency and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and guide lower-level roles to improve individual and organizational performance.

What you'll need

• Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields.
• 4-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (or commensurate experience).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and financial planning.
• Knowledge of internal controls, auditing, and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Experience with variance analysis and financial statements.
• Skill in data analysis and corporate finance.
• Familiarity with SAP applications.
