Senior Analyst - Research & Consulting (India)

Overview

Senior Analyst (Research & Consulting) to support real estate advisory engagements through independent research, analytics, and financial modeling.

What you'll do

• Execute comprehensive independent research and analytical assessments for real estate advisory engagements.
• Collect and analyze field research data, including preparation of report content.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of client datasets and external research sources.
• Develop financial modeling frameworks and robust financial models for investment and feasibility decisions.
• Create high-quality content for client-facing reports and presentations.
• Design strategic work plans to meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Validate and analyze market intelligence, sector overviews, and competitive landscapes.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Postgraduate qualification in real estate, finance, economics, urban planning, or construction management (or related discipline).
• Prior experience in any IPC and/or Big 4 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC) is a big plus.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, proven negotiation, and financial skills with ability to adapt.
• Ability to self-start, collaborate, and multitask.
• Experience managing and tracking a database.
