Manager – Post merger integration, DDV, Advisory

Overview

Manager role in PwC’s Deals/Advisory practice focused on delivering deal value through post-merger integration, carve-out/divestiture management, and pre-deal operational assessment and synergy planning.

What you'll do

• Conduct valuations, financial analysis, and develop strategies for post-merger integration.
• Own HR post-merger integration planning including integration strategy and day-wise plans (Day 1, Day 100, and long-term).
• Provide end-to-end integration project management, including managing risks, dependencies, and issues across functions.
• Support HR carve-out management through divestiture management office activities and separation/stand-alone cost considerations.
• Perform pre-deal operational assessments and synergy assessment and tracking.
• Manage programs/projects in large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience required.
• Experience with PMI, carve-out, and operational assessment.
• Strategy and synergy assessment and tracking experience.
• Program/Project management experience in large scale cross-functional projects.
• Management consulting experience in a functional consulting area such as HR, Finance, or MIS/reporting.
• Ability to work with global teams at client and PwC.
• MBA required (desired: MBA from a Tier 1 institute).
