Senior BP&A Analyst - Enablement

Overview

The Senior BP&A Analyst - Enablement supports long-term forecasting across the product portfolio by building and maintaining product-level financial models. The role also contributes to strategic finance and M&A-related analysis and ad hoc business cases.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain long-term forecast models across products in the portfolio.
• Update assumptions and validate inputs to ensure forecast model integrity.
• Build and enhance models for PLM stage gate business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc modeling support for FPM requests, including scenario analysis.
• Support M&A and strategic finance analyses (forecasted income statement, transaction structure evaluation, DCF).
• Prepare clear analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for internal stakeholders and leadership.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for complex model creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with scenario analysis, business case development, and forecast-based modeling.
• Familiarity with valuation concepts including discounted cash flow and transaction-related financial analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
