GM, Finance - West OA & Infra OA

Overview

GM, Finance will provide strategic financial support across sales, finance, working capital, new installation and service. The role leads FP&A, financial performance improvement, reporting, systems oversight and a global finance team.

What you'll do

• Define, implement and track KPIs and end-to-end process transformation.
• Lead financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis and strategic planning.
• Partner with business functions and develop contingency plans for financial challenges.
• Identify inefficiencies, close performance gaps and deliver ad hoc financial reporting.
• Manage cost controls and analyse CAPEX, OPEX, project costs and financial statement impacts.
• Oversee financial systems and implement improvements with IT teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop a global finance team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Science.
• Chartered Accountant or CPA (USA) qualification.
• 12–15 years of experience in progressive finance roles, including FP&A.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards and compliance.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as JDE, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
