Project Finance – Infrastructure Finance / Clean Energy Finance - Vice President

Overview

Vice President role in project and infrastructure finance, focused on credit risk assessment, financial modelling, transaction support and portfolio reviews across infrastructure subsectors.

What you'll do

• Conduct due diligence and credit risk assessments for infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain financial models for project finance transactions.
• Analyze transaction risks and recommend protective structures.
• Prepare annual, quarterly and ad hoc credit reviews and memorandums.
• Manage due diligence, transaction execution and system setup.
• Manage credit exposure and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor client industry trends, geopolitical issues and sector risks.

What you'll need

• 9–12 years of relevant project finance experience.
• Experience funding large infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of credit risk management and commercial requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in project and infrastructure finance.
• MBA in Finance, PGDBM, CA or CFA.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure-sector experience in renewable energy, energy transition, storage, roads and highways, or data centers.
