Manager, R&D Business Analysis

Overview

Manager, R&D Business Analysis is an individual-contributor role supporting business decision-making with financial, operational, and analytical insights.

What you'll do

• Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards.
• Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses.

What you'll need

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling.
• Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools.
• Exposure to R&D or regulated environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
