Lending Data Management & Analytics Manager

Overview

The Lending Data Management & Analytics Manager will build and mature Lending product data, metrics, dashboards, and insights for executive decision-making.

What you'll do

• Define, document, and operationalize a core KPI framework for Lending products.
• Own PowerBI dashboard design, build, and continuous improvement for the Lending portfolio.
• Automate repeatable reporting workflows to improve accuracy, timeliness, governance, and scalability.
• Analyze trends, patterns, anomalies, and leading indicators and translate them into narratives and recommended actions.
• Build self-service analytics capabilities so leaders can answer common questions without one-off manual reporting.
• Provide cross-functional insights across product, delivery, client, and commercial performance.
• Establish governance and data quality checks to improve trust in reports and leadership metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.
• Advanced PowerBI expertise including dashboard design, data modeling, semantic models, DAX and/or Power Query.
• Strong SQL and data preparation skills across disparate datasets.
• Proven ability to build data products, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks from ambiguous reporting environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate data into insights, narratives, recommendations, and executive communication.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort operating with limited direction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations, and executives.
