Overview

Argus Modeling Analyst to support financial analysis and modeling for a commercial real estate portfolio using Argus Enterprise.

What you'll do

• Develop financial models in Argus Enterprise for existing and potential investments.
• Perform cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis for investment feasibility and performance.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and asset-management teams to validate property financials and assumptions.
• Produce reports and presentations communicating investment findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and update property-level financial models to reflect market and lease changes.
• Support due diligence and underwriting with financial analysis and market research.
• Maintain Argus database integrity by ensuring accurate property data inputs.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling (preferably commercial real estate).
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise software for financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial functions and macros.
• Understanding of real estate valuation methods and property-level financials.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
