Financial Analyst

Overview

Financial Analyst position in the Finance and Corporate Strategy team, supporting capital strategies through financial data analysis.

What you'll do

• Perform US GAAP monthly and quarterly close, including preparation and posting of entries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and company accounting policies and internal control documentation requirements.
• Reconcile General Ledgers.
• Prepare flux analysis for quarterly movement of Balance Sheet GLs.
• Conduct projection testing related to the General Ledger area.
• Handle other ad-hoc activities.

What you'll need

• Have a first level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended, or equivalent experience.
• Have typically 1+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Possess basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Have basic analytical skills.
• Use business applications such as Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.

• Work mode: Hybrid, averaging 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
