Financial Analyst-Record to Report conducts moderately complex financial analysis and delivers regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.

What you'll do

• Perform moderately complex transactional or analytical financial analysis for business units.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, relationships, and develop ratios for forecast models.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies for external and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, executives, and stakeholders.
• Develop written conclusions and recommendations based on research and data analysis.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• A four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial planning.
• Experience with accounting and internal controls.
• Skills in variance analysis and creating/using financial statements.
• Familiarity with SAP applications.
