Sr Financial Analyst

Overview

Sr Financial Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) responsible for financial planning and analysis for Ecolab business divisions, including forecasting, reporting, and insights for senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Analyze trends for divisions, including volume and pricing, and share insights on key performance metrics.
• Coordinate monthly close and forecast activities, including guidance communication, system loads, and results analysis.
• Perform operating income reconciliation from forecast to actuals.
• Prepare daily sales reports and project month-to-go estimates versus forecast.
• Own developing a driver-based 50/50 forecast.
• Develop and coordinate the annual plan using a trend-based analytical model with multiple stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Chartered Accountant or MBA (premier business school).
• Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior management audiences.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to develop, implement, and interpret financial models.
• PC and systems skills including Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
